THE city\u2019s campaign to strengthen public safety received a major boost as First Consolidated Bank (FCB) has turned over three brand-new Honda CR150 motorcycles and 15 units of Push-to-Talk Over Cellular (POC) communications equipment to the Tagbilaran City Police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The donation was turned over by FCB Chairperson Claire Uy and received by City Mayor Jane Yap, First District Congressman John Geesnell \u201cBaba\u201d Yap, and Tagbilaran City Chief of Police Lt. Col. John Kareen Escober during a formal ceremony on August 8, 2025 held at the city hall atrium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new motorcycles and advanced communication gear are expected to enhance the mobility, coordination, and rapid response capability of the police force, allowing them to better safeguard the city\u2019s growing communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mayor Jane Yap expressed deep gratitude to FCB, highlighting the donation as a testament to the city\u2019s strong public-private partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
