Yap, the City Government of Tagbilaran continues to invest in building a more empowered and emotionally attuned workforce with the training on Coaching and Managing with Emotional Intelligence held on July 11, 2025, at JJ\u2019s Seafood Village, Tagbilaran City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spearheaded by the City Human Resource Management and Development Office (CHRMDO), the training was attended by department heads and heads of offices from across the city government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative is part of Mayor Yap\u2019s broader vision of capacitating leaders in government, recognizing that emotional intelligence is an essential component in today\u2019s workplace, especially in leading people, managing teams, and delivering responsive public service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session was facilitated by Ms. Hanna A.
