It heals separation and overcomes fear.&nbsp; Love means wanting to make someone other than yourself happy. &nbsp;It is not a theoretical concept that can be transmitted by empty words and sentimental promises.&nbsp; But real love manifests in sincere actions that actually result in pleasing the person we love.&nbsp; If we want to love anyone, we have to consider his or her needs and desires.&nbsp; We have to be selfless and not selfish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"2\"><li><strong>The Power of Respect<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>We cannot love people unless we first respect them.&nbsp; The&nbsp; first we need to respect is GOD.&nbsp; If you have respect for God, then automatically you will respect others whom He loves and who are His children.&nbsp; This ability to show respect gives rise to confidence that springs from knowing and understanding others.&nbsp; Indeed, you may respect even those you may dislike and yet learn from them simply because you are open to hear and understand what they are trying to impart.&nbsp; Ask&nbsp; yourself, \u201cwhat do I respect about them and what positive things can I learn from these people?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"3\"><li><strong>The Power of Giving<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to receive love, all you have to do is to give it.&nbsp; The more love you give, the happier you will be.&nbsp; To love is to give oneself, freely and unconditionally.&nbsp; Practice random acts of kindness.&nbsp; Before committing to a relationship, ask not what the other person will be able to give to you, but rather what will you be able to give them.&nbsp; The secret formula of a happy, long term, loving relationship is to always focus on what you can give instead of what you can take.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"4\"><li><strong>The Power of Passion<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Passion springs from deep commitment, enthusiasm, interest and excitement.&nbsp; Passion can be recreated by remembering past experiences.&nbsp; It charges up your day.&nbsp; Passion naturally produces spontaneity and surprises.&nbsp; The essence of love and happiness are the same.&nbsp; All we need to do is to live each day with great passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"5\"><li><strong>The Power of Forgiveness<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If&nbsp; you love someone, then you can forgive for his\/her shortcomings.&nbsp; To love, learn to give, forgive and let go of past hurts and grievances.&nbsp; Love means letting go of our false egos and pride.&nbsp; We must instill in ourselves by saying that \u201dToday that I let go of my grudges, self-pity and selfish sentiments, the past has no power over me.&nbsp; Today is the beginning of a better life\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"6\"><li><strong>The Power of Touch<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Touch is one of the most powerful expression of love, breaking down barriers and bonding relationships.&nbsp; Touch changes our mental and emotional states and makes us more receptive to love.&nbsp; A hug replaces a thousand words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"7\"><li><strong>The Power of Communication<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>When we learn to communicate openly and honestly, life changes.&nbsp; Loving people means communicating with them and reaching out to them soul to soul.&nbsp; Let the people you love know that you love and appreciate them.&nbsp; Never be afraid to say those three magic words \u201c I love you\u201d.&nbsp; And just as you realize that loving words can soothe a troubled heart, remember that angry words can pierce and break the heart of a loved one.&nbsp; Think well about what you want to say and do not speak out of envy and anger, but out of&nbsp; love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"8\"><li><strong>The Power of Commitment<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to love in abundance, you must be committed to it.&nbsp; And that commitment will be reflected in your thoughts and actions.&nbsp; Commitment is the true test of love.&nbsp; If you want loving relationships, you must be committed to nurture such loving relationships. When you are committed to someone or something, quitting is never an option.&nbsp; Commitment distinguishes a fragile relationship from a strong one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"9\"><li><strong>The Power of&nbsp; Trust<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Trust is essential in loving relationships.&nbsp; Without it, one becomes fully suspicious, paranoid and fearful.&nbsp; Relationships cannot thrive or grow without trust.&nbsp; Trust is borne out of the realization that one has in mind the other\u2019s well-being.&nbsp; We naturally trust people who care for us in very kind and loving ways.&nbsp; So if we are also in turn given by people such trust, we need to protect and nurture this trust.&nbsp; It is a sign of friendship and love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Love does not consist of gazing into each other\u2019s eyes, but rather looking outward together in the same direction.&nbsp; To love others, we must love them for who they are, for what they have and not what they look like externally.&nbsp; Friendship is the soil through which love\u2019s seeds grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The secrets that we have demystified are the forces that will empower us to live a happy
