This marks the beginning of a month-long celebration, culminating in the grand Saulog Street Dancing Competition and Parade on April 27, 2025.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"\">TAGBILARAN City officially launches Saulog Tagbilaran 2025 today, March 16, 2025, at the Tagbilaran Friendship Park, Barangay Bool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">This annual festival, celebrated in honor of the city\u2019s patron saint, St. Joseph the Worker, has grown into one of the most anticipated events in Tagbilaran City, showcasing its rich cultural heritage, religious devotion, and vibrant local talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The grand launch will begin with a Thanksgiving Mass at the Cathedral of St. Joseph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">After the Mass, Mayor Jane Yap will lead the wreath-laying and floral dedication ceremony for the 460th Blood Compact Anniversary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">This solemn ceremony pays tribute to the historic pact of friendship and alliance, which remains a significant part of the city\u2019s identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Joining Mayor Yap are Msgr.
