Even pathways and plazas were not exempted, so with private residences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">They were all subjected to the same catastrophic practice. It seems as if it is NOW legalized. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Senatoriables, both incumbents and newcomers, are one in damaging the cleanliness of parking areas of almost all municipalities in the country.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">With that, are they not accountable for such a misdemeanor? Or, has there been one, throughout the years, who had been charged and tried before the Courts?&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Lastly, has there been one who was found guilty and put in prison or even penalized with a fine?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">To <em>Short Cuts,<\/em> nothing of a fact could ever tell and remind him of these.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">And everyone is reminded that in previous elections, there was such thing as a COMMON POSTER AREA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">This political mandate was first put as obligatory during <em>Short Cut\u2019<\/em>s early political life in the latter part of the 1960\u2019s. Even how old the mandate is, it is but necessary to remind everyone if only to maintain clean surroundings, parking areas, public plazas and roadsides even after the election day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">It is hoped that such a facility is still available for this year\u2019s election.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IS posting of an election material not campaigning?
