ALMOST daily, Short Cuts is always on the road from Tagbilaran to Carmen in an early morning travel, after an early breakfast, of course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While at LGU Carmen, he does the regular inspection of his farms at La Paz and Katipunan, all in the Local Government Unit of Camen. It is there where some two hundred (200) pigs, ninety (90)  cattle, ten (10) goats, six (600) itik, fifty heads (50) of gangsa, sixty heads (60) of pato, and 200 chickens are grown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He takes lunch immediately after the regular field inspection at LGU Carmen. And, after he enjoys an hour-long rest after lunch he proceeds to LGU Valencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Valencia, Short Cuts takes his final trip for the day to the Capital City of Tagbilaran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 And, in almost all the daily trips of Short Cuts, seldom does one or two trips skips one road accident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, the parties to the road accident?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 It is caused by a motor cycle against a motor vehicle, or a motor cycle versus a passenger truck, or a motor cycle vs. a cargo truck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As witnessed by Short Cuts on the road accidents, not one  motor cycle strikes another motor cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Making the foregoing facts as backgrounders ARE MOTOR CYCLES exempted from the observance of traffic rules and regulations while travelling on national, provincial, and munuicipal roads? So that, even if they are not yet on the right traffic light, they can just INSERT and INSERT if only to gain access and have faster and quicker arrival of destination?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Short Cuts can easily reach such a conclusive query!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And honest pa ! ! ! ! ! !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W h y ? ? ? ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He witnessed to what had happened yesterday morning while on his way to Carmen via the Corella-Balilihan-Macapiko Bridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While our vehicle, together with many others, were made to stop for traffic purposes \u2013 to Short Cuts\u2019 SURPRISES more than almost 100 units of motor cycles were made to negotiate the same road section!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
