Mayor Jane Yap personally accepted the awards on behalf of the city, joined by Atty. Vince Louie Raotraot, City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Head, and Ms. Jeanette Busano from the City Planning and Development Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These accolades, presented by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Provincial Government of Bohol, affirm Tagbilaran\u2019s status as a model city in governance and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Among the awards Tagbilaran received were National Awardee for Most Competitive City in the Philippines, 1st Place in Resiliency, 1st Place in Government Efficiency, 1st Place in Innovation, 1st Place in Economic Dynamism, 1st Place in Infrastructure, and the Overall Most Competitive City Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Governor Erico Aristotle Aumentado, Provincial Administrator Asteria Caberte, and DTI Provincial Director Vierna Ligan presented the awards to Mayor Yap and her team, lauding the city\u2019s outstanding achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In her statement, Mayor Jane Yap expressed deep appreciation for the recognition, stating, \u201cThis is a testament to the dedication and collective effort of our city government, the business community, and every Tagbilaranon.
