This recognition highlights the city&#8217;s efficient financial management and responsible allocation of resources, placing it among the best-performing LGUs in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Mayor Jane Yap expressed her pride in the city&#8217;s accomplishments, emphasizing the commitment of the City Government of Tagbilaran to maintaining strong local fiscal management. &#8220;This recognition is a testament to our continuous efforts in ensuring effective and transparent financial governance.
