Ubay Central Elementary School Principal IV, Ma. Jeanna B. Polinar, from Poblacion, Candijay, Bohol, is a one-of-a kind school principal. Ms Polinar was born on February 14, 1973, and married to Lieutenant Colonel Romeo A. Polinar. They have three children, namely: Mary Decette Jane B. Polinar, the eldest is a Registered Medical Technologist; their second born, Vince Jerome B. Polinar is a third year BS Psychology enrolled at Silliman University, Dumaguete City; and the youngest \u00a0Mark Kenneth B. Polinar is a Grade 12 Student studying at Central Visayan Institute Foundation ( CVIF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CESP Polinar has twenty-eight years service as a DepEd personnel, of which sixteen years were spent in the administrative and supervisory services. A dedicated teacher, school head, and a colleague in the service, CESP Polinar was given recognitions from different award-giving bodies, not only from the Department of Education.<\/p>\n\n\n
