Amelito Melloria, chief of Talibon Police Station, said the blaze affected the Kalahi-Cidds behind the municipal hall building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Since it was made of light materials, the fire spread to the legislative government building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Mayor Janette A.
