Since the teachers are still enjoying their uninterrupted break, the elementary and secondary school leaders took care of the different tasks and activities. Different committees were organized. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Teacher Reflection Form (TRF) in charge are Lorna Boc, Ligaya Cutamora, Rochelle Impang, and Rochelle Mercado; for Demo Teaching Letecia Reloba, Josephine Boyboy, Diomedes Montero, Joey Bitua, and Ma. Maya V. Tumalon PhD, MDM; for Experience, Wenie Olpindo, Cipriana Amolat, and Rochel Mercado; for Education, Elizabeth Dumapias, Nida Alacida, Ni\u00f1o Lagumbay, and Joey Bitua; for the Evaluation for the Certificates of training, Julieto Manuta, Mary Joan Mirontos, and Diomedes Montero; and the District Information and Communications (DICT) in charge, Mhel Mendez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two-day activity started with the TRF activity at the district conference hall. The activity was participated in by more than fifty teacher 1 applicants. Then, the demonstration teaching was undertaken in the classrooms of Master Teacher Vivian D. Dasoc, for the elementary school teacher applicants and Mrs. Teresita Cabreros, for the secondary school teacher applicants.<\/p>\n\n\n

Not all teachers who took the teacher reflection participated in the demonstration teaching because those who were previous applicants submitted letters of retention for their demo teaching rating. The Department of Education has provided rubrics and criteria for all activities undertaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The teacher applicants showed readiness and competence in delivering the required tasks. It was observed that they have positive attitude in extending assistance to those who are in need. It is a fact that not all applicants are very skillful in modern gadget utilization, and when asked for assistance, those who are very\u00a0capable are willing to extend assistance. Some even served as models in the activities presented during the demo teaching.<\/p>\n\n\n

The committee members are very positive that if given the appropriate technical assistance, these hopeful DepEd teachers will surely produce quality outputs. It is their great desire that they are positive-minded to accept more effective and efficient teaching techniques appropriate for the learners\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mari Grace Apat, Rona Cabahug, Venice Maguiling, Ian Princess Valleser, and Rose Mary Icot, the district non-teaching personnel provided support and services needed, from the preparation to the conduct of the assessment phases.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
